A.Yes, to establish a line of credit, a hard inguiry is required.

Q.Which Bureaus does BluRayven report to?

A.BluRayven reports to Experian and Equifax.

Q.When should I expect to see my new BluRayven account on my credit profile?

A.After the account has been successfully activated, BluRayven will then transfer the account to Xenn Capital. The account will reflect on your profile as Xenn Capital.

Please note that if an inquiry is disputed for any reason, the credit account will be closed immediately on all bureaus and the balance owed will be due immediately. Balances not satisfied, will be reported as closed and a charge off account after 180 days. Q.When is my first payment due?

A.Your first payment will be due 30 days after the account has been successfully activated.

Q.What is my minimum monthly payment?

A.The minimum monthly payments is $30 or 5% of you current balance, whichever is greater.

Q.What is the return policy for Items purchased?

A.Customers have 12 calendar days to return items purchased.
